Ingredients
 
2 tablespoons Mazola® Corn, Canola OR Vegetable Oil
1 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 pound fresh okra, sliced, OR 1 package (16 ounces) frozen okra
2 cups frozen baby lima beans (1 10-ounce package)
2 cups frozen yellow corn (10-ounce package)
1 can (14-1/2 ounces) diced tomatoes, undrained
1 cup water
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
 
 
 
 
Instructions
 

Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add onion, green bell pepper and garlic; cook until tender, about 5 minutes.

Stir in okra, lima beans, corn, undrained tomatoes, water, salt and pepper.

Bring to a boil; reduce heat to low, cover and cook until okra and lima beans are tender, about 10 minutes.
