Snow Pea and Carrot Stir-Fry


Colourful side dish to serve with grilled chicken or fish.

SKILL LEVEL 4 servings
1 tablespoon orange juice
1-1/2 teaspoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon Fleischmann's® Corn Starch
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black fine grind pepper
1 tablespoon Mazola® Corn, Canola OR Vegetable Oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 pound (8 ounces) snow peas, halved lengthwise
1 carrot, cut into matchsticks

Combine orange juice, soy sauce, sugar, corn starch, salt and pepper in a small bowl; set aside.

Heat oil over medium-high heat in wok or large skillet. Add garlic; stirring constantly, cook 30 seconds. Add snow peas and carrots; stir-fry 2 to 3 minutes.

Stir orange juice mixture until blended then pour into wok. Continue to stir-fry 1 minute.
