Pita Chips

Make your own pita chips to serve with a creamy spinach dip or a favourite hummus.

Mazola®
 
 
Ingredients
 
6 white pitas
1/3 cup Mazola® Corn Oil
Salt to taste
 
 
Instructions
 

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Cut each pita around edge, separating halves.

Brush oil on rough side of each pita half. Cut each into 6 wedges. Arrange in a single layer, rough-side up, on ungreased baking sheets.

Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until lightly browned. Sprinkle with salt, if desired. Cool.
