Peanut Butter and Banana Wake Up Shake


This invigorating shake will prepare you for whatever the day brings!  Easy to drink on the run!

SKILL LEVEL Makes about 4 (8 ounce) servings
1 cup (8 ounces) vanilla yogurt
1 cup milk
1/3 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup Crown® Lily White® Corn Syrup
1 ripe banana, cut in chunks
5 ice cubes

In blender combine yogurt, milk, peanut butter, corn syrup and banana, process until smooth.  With blender running, gradually add ice cubes.  Process until thick and smooth.  Serve immediately.
