Lemon Dill Tilapia

Tilapia works well in this recipe, but orange roughy or cod would be tasty also!
Easy Serves
SKILL LEVEL 4 servings
4 tilapia filets (1 pound total)
2 tablespoons Mazola® Corn, Canola OR Vegetable Oil
1/2 teaspoon Beau Monde Seasoning
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon dill weed
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 sliced lemon, optional

Spray broil-safe baking pan with cooking spray.  Add tilapia.  Mix together corn oil, Beau Monde Seasoning, onion powder, dill weed and lemon juice. Brush over tilapia.

Broil OR grill 6 to 8 minutes, until fish is cooked through and flakes.  Serve with lemon slices if desired.
