Grilled Lemon Lime Chicken


Simple grilled chicken that is perfect with the addition of your favourite vegetable.  Or add to a salad or pasta for extra protein.

SKILL LEVEL 4 servings
1 lemon
1 lime
1/4 cup Mazola® Corn, Canola OR Vegetable Oil
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Fresh lemon and lime for garnish

Zest lemon and lime; squeeze juice.  Combine zest and juices with oil, honey, garlic salt and cayenne pepper in medium size bowl.  Add chicken, turning to coat. Cover with plastic film, refrigerate and marinate at least 30 minutes.

Remove chicken from marinade and discard any remaining marinade. Grill over direct high heat for 8 to 10 minutes, turning once.  Cut lemon and lime in half.  Grill for 2 to 3 minutes, just until grill marks appear.  Serve with chicken.
