Ginger Orange Sauce

A delicious finishing sauce for chicken, fish or pork.

Ingredients
 
1 cup orange juice
1 tablespoon Fleischmann's® Corn Starch
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup orange marmalade
 
 
Instructions
 

Combine orange juice and corn starch in a small saucepan. Whisk in ginger, garlic powder and salt. Cook over medium heat until sauce comes to a boil; reduce heat and cook for 1 minute. Stir in orange marmalade.

Brush over baked chicken or salmon the last 10 minutes of cooking.
