Cranberry Oatmeal White Chocolate Chippers

Ingredients
 
1/2 cup shortening
1/4 cup butter OR margarine
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup Crown® Lily White® Corn Syrup
1/4 cup milk
1 egg
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1 cup all-purpose flour
1-1/2 teaspoons Fleischmann's® Baking Powder
3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 cups quick oats (not instant)
1 cup dried cranberries
1 cup white chocolate chips
 
 
Instructions
 

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Cream shortening, butter and brown sugar in a large bowl at medium speed of electric mixer. Beat in corn syrup, milk, egg and vanilla. Add flour, baking powder, cinnamon, salt and oats; mix on low speed until combined. Stir in cranberries and white chocolate chips.

Drop by rounded tablespoons 2 inches apart onto greased baking sheet.

Bake 8 to 10 minutes until edges begin to brown. Remove cookies from baking sheet to cool on wire rack.
