Classic butter tarts - the quintessential Canadian dessert!
Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
Blend first five ingredients together in a mixing bowl.
Spoon raisins into tart shells. Pour filling into tart shells, so that each shell is two-thirds full.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes. Cool on wire rack.
