Bread Machine Olive Bread

           
 

For elegant, yet easy hors d'oeuvres, cut slices of this colorful bread into triangles. Serve the triangles topped with your favorite cheddar, Swiss, or cream cheese spread.

Ingredients
 
1-POUND LOAF
1/2 cup water
1 tablespoon drained, diced roasted red bell peppers OR pimientos
1 tablespoon sliced kalamata olives
1 tablespoon butter or margarine
2 tablespoons nonfat dry milk powder
2 teaspoons sugar
3/4 teaspoon salt
2 cups bread flour
1-1/2 teaspoons Fleischmann's® Bread Machine Yeast
1-1/2 POUND LOAF
3/4 cup water
2 tablespoons drained, diced roasted red bell peppers OR pimientos
3 tablespoons sliced kalamata olives
1 tablespoon butter or margarine
3 tablespoons nonfat dry milk powder
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
3 cups bread flour
2 teaspoons Fleischmann's® Bread Machine Yeast
 
 
 
 
Instructions
 

 Add ingredients to pan in order suggested by manufacturer, adding roasted red bell peppers and olives with water.

Recommended cycle: Basic/white bread cycle; medium/normal color setting. Timed-bake feature can be used.
