This one-pot wonder is as delicious as it is nutritious - kids love the fun shapes, colourful presentation and tasty flavour.
Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a medium skillet. Add the ground beef and onion. Brown for 10 minutes.
Sauté the pasta in remaining 1 tablespoon oil in a large saucepan for 3 to 5 minutes until golden brown. Add water, the frozen vegetables and bouillon. Transfer the browned meat to the saucepan containing the pasta. Simmer covered for 10 to 15 minutes or until the pasta is tender.
