Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray a 13 x 9-inch baking pan with cooking spray.
For CRUST: Combine 3/4 cup slivered almonds with 1 tablespoon sugar; grind finely in food processor or blender. Combine ground almonds, flour, 1/2 cup butter, remaining granulated sugar and salt in medium bowl. Beat at medium speed of electric mixer until well combined. Press firmly into bottom of prepared pan. Bake 15 minutes or until light brown.
For FILLING: While crust is baking, combine 1 cup chocolate morsels, 2 tablespoons butter and oil in medium microwaveable bowl. Microwave on MEDIUM (50%) power 2 to 3 minutes, stirring after each minute until melted. Stir in brown sugar, eggs (one at a time), vanilla and almond extracts. Stir in remaining 1 cup chocolate morsels.
Spread filling over hot crust. Top with remaining slivered almonds.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes, or until set. Cool completely in pan on wire rack before cutting into bars.
