Thai Peanut Salad Dressing

The Goods
  • 1/4 cup Crown® Lily White® or Golden Corn Syrup
  • 2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter or reduced fat creamy peanut butter spread
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
  • 1/8 cup red crushed pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro or parsley

Stir corn syrup, peanut butter, soy sauce, vinegar and crushed red pepper together in small bowl with wire whisk until smooth. Add cilantro. Serve over mixed greens.
