- 2 to 2-1/2 pounds beef tenderloin
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons steak seasoning
A super simple way to prepare beef tenderloin for dinner guests.
Trim tenderloin of excess fat and remove silver skin. Generously rub all surfaces with mustard. Sprinkle steak seasoning over tenderloin, gently patting so that it adheres. Let rest for 30 minutes.
Grill over Indirect Medium heat, for 45 to 60 minutes until desired doneness. Remove from grill, cover with foil and let rest 10 minutes before carving.
