- 15 ounce can great northern OR cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
- 6 ounce can white tuna in water, rinsed and drained
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup finely chopped red onion
- 3 tablespoons snipped fresh parsley OR 1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil
- 2 to 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Mazola® Corn, Canola OR Vegetable Oil
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
In a medium bowl, combine beans, tuna, onion, parsley and vinegar. Drizzle with oil, then sprinkle with pepper.
