Italian Bean and Tuna Salad

The Goods
  • 15 ounce can great northern OR cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
  • 6 ounce can white tuna in water, rinsed and drained
  • 1/4 to 1/2 cup finely chopped red onion
  • 3 tablespoons snipped fresh parsley OR 1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Mazola® Corn, Canola OR Vegetable Oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Hearty salad.

In a medium bowl, combine beans, tuna, onion, parsley and vinegar. Drizzle with oil, then sprinkle with pepper.
