Simple grilled chicken that is perfect with the addition of your favourite vegetable. Or add to a salad or pasta for extra protein.
Zest lemon and lime; squeeze juice. Combine zest and juices with oil, honey, garlic salt and cayenne pepper in a 1-gallon resealable plastic freezer bag. Add chicken, turning to coat. Refrigerate and marinate at least 30 minutes.
Remove chicken from marinade and discard any remaining marinade. Grill over direct high heat for 8 to 10 minutes, turning once. Cut lemon and lime in half. Grill for 2 to 3 minutes, just until grill marks appear. Serve with chicken.
