Creamy Pepper Scrambled Eggs

  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter OR margarine
  • 2 teaspoons steak seasoning
  • 1/2 cup cottage or ricotta cheese

Simple scramble for breakfast.

Whisk eggs, milk and steak seasoning in large bowl.

Melt butter in large skillet over medium-high heat. Pour egg mixture into skillet; cook and stir 2 to 3 minutes until eggs are almost set. Stir in cottage cheese; cook 1 minute or until cheese is heated through, stirring constantly. Serve immediately.
