To know when to stop kneading, give the ball of dough a firm poke with your finger. If the dough springs back, it’s done.
Get the best out of your yeast by keeping it at this temperature!
Keep rising dough warm: Yeast works best at temperatures between 120 to 130°F / 50 to 55°C.
An easy way to make your ham shine!
For an easy ham glaze, combine 1 cup golden syrup + 1/3 cup brown sugar + 1/4 cup brown mustard. Brush glaze on ham during last 30 minutes of cooking.
