Steam is great for homemade bread. Simply fill a pan with water and place it at the bottom of your oven while preheating and keep it there during the first half of baking.
Conversions are easy when you know this!
One 8 G packet of dry yeast equals 2+1/4 teaspoons of dry yeast.
