Make Good at Home
Bake in bulk and always be prepared!
Bake in advance. As a time-saver, you can make pie crusts and cookies in advance, then freeze and bake straight from the freezer. We love slice and bake cookies for feeding holiday crowds. Baked, decorated cookies can also be frozen.
Don't slip up by avoiding this tip!
Hold baking pans over your sink when coating them with cooking spray. Any excess spray will go into your sink and not on your floor.
Pour it on thick with this tip for gravies and sauces!
When thickening gravies and sauces, corn starch can be substituted for flour. Use just half as much corn starch as flour. For example, if your recipe calls for 2 tablespoons of flour, use 1 tablespoon of corn starch.
