Temper temper! If your recipe says to “temper” the eggs, simply whisk a bit of hot liquid into the eggs to warm them up before adding to the hot ingredients. This way, they’ll add a creamy texture instead of coming up scrambled.
Don't go all the way when filling up your baking tins before baking!
Don’t fill er’ up! Fill cake, muffin and bread tins only about two-thirds or three-quarters of the way up leaving enough room for the batter to expand and rise as it bakes.
